Shipping and Returns


We are hard at work packaging up your new 10 Made piece! We are just as eager to send it to you, as you are to receive it!

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 3 business days from the time the order is received for us to process and package it. We aim to get it out the door faster than that, but sometimes we might need the extra time! We want to ensure your package is handled with the care it deserves.

Your 10 Made item will arrive within 5-10 business days from the time it ships, unless you were notified otherwise. Most items ship from Texas, with a few shipping from North Carolina.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. We are only able to ship within the contiguous United States at this time.   

Backorders: Backorder items will be shipped separately once the item is in stock. Our artisans will start handcrafting your one of a kind piece as soon as they can. We estimate backorder items to ship within 3 weeks. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at and we'll respond within 1 business day.


Our artisans handcraft each product, so no piece is exactly the same. It is 100% unique and something to call your own. Your piece is truly one of a kind, and we hope you love it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 30 days of receiving your product at for information on how to process your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item is damaged at time of receipt, please email us at within 30 days of receiving the item. Do not ship the damaged product back to us until requested to do so. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement items as soon as possible.  

To be eligible for refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please allow 30 days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.  

Items that are non-refundable: gift cards, all sale items and the original shipping charges.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date. We recommend that you insure any returned packages via a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for missing returned packages. 

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for all purchases.
